I haven't done a vlog in awhile not sure if it because I'm lazy or if I can't think of anything to talk about so I've been going through my old vlogs and wanted to share this one with you! I have been going through a lot of personal changes in the past few months and thought NOW was a perfect time to start another 90 day journey so I'm sharing what I did at the start of my last one!

Wow! I talked for 5 minutes on this Task Thursday video about start your journey with me! For someone who didn't know what to do this week I sure talked a lot. I decided that since my new 90 day journey is starting October 1st I would bring you all along with me on this Task Thursday. The vlog might be long but I'm talking about setting goals, your task for the week, and what my 2nd 90 day journey is all about! Watch it now and let me know what you think!
A Quick Recap
Get a journal – this is your only homework and if you choose you can:
1. Write about what you want the end of your journey to be like
2. Set one MAJOR goal that is a SMART goal (more info below)
3. Track your 90 day journey along the way
Make a commitment to yourself to journal at least once a day to make this really successful!
What is a SMART Goal?
Specific – pretty simple make your goal as detailed as you can
Measurable – make sure there is a way you know if your goal is actually accomplished
Attainable – make sure you set a goal that is most important to YOU
Realistic – you must be both willing and able to go after this goal
Timeline – set a deadline for yourself
