Well March is finally here and you know what that means, dream bigger! Starting today I will give up all the excuses I have to not be healthy, exercise, or go after my goals.
This week I am:
- Doing my 7 minute workout each morning
- Adding at least 3 x 20 min exercise routines
- Giving up my food weaknesses: pop, juice, heavy carbs, ranch dip, and salt!
- Giving up my bad habit: snacking while watching tv
- I will drink more water at least an extra 24 oz a day
- Journal daily
- Post on my blog at least every other day
- Complete my 101 List COMPLETE
What I hope to get out of the week is losing 3 lbs, creating my vision board, and feeling better about myself!
