Greek Salad Skewers Recipe
Quick and Easy Skewers Ingredients:
- 1 small cucumber, cut into 12 equally thick slices
- 8 oz. block Feta cheese, cut into 12 equal-size chunks
- 12 grape or cherry tomatoes, any color
- 12 large black olives, pitted
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- ½ t. dried Italian seasoning, to serve
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
You’ll find these kitchen tools useful (I've included affiliate links to the products I use at home):
- 12 x 8-inch wooden skewers, I soak the skewers before I use them so they don't suck moisture out of the appetizer.

Greek Salad Skewers Directions:
- Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter and top each with a chunk of Feta cheese.
- Gently press the flat end of a wooden skewer through the cheese and cucumber until secure, then add a tomato, followed by a black olive to top each skewer.
- Right before serving, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the skewers and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and enjoy!
What I like about this quick and easy Greek salad skewers recipe is you can easily make larger servings to share at your next get-together. You can easily add your favorites to the skewers as well, I've found that red onion and lettuce are great additions.
Whatever you decide to do these are easy to make ahead so you don't have to prepare while guests are over. You can easily pair these skewers with your favorite cocktail to enjoy them on your next night in.
