I have decided to give myself a huge challenge and it is going to start on March 1st and run for 90 days (3 months) and I'm sharing my journey with all of you. Follow my week by weekly challenges, but over the next 90 days my goal is to:
I will be in the best physical, mental, and spiritual alignment i have ever been in, I will manifest many things in my life as well as my families.
My positive affirmations for the challenge: I will find the balance from within to make life work.
My 90 Day Challenge
Pushing my limits daily and striving to be a positive influence not only for my mental health but for those around me is important. Surrounding myself with positive energy and people is a huge shift I want to make going forward.
I will be posting my new challenges every week, and some posts in between! Here are a few things I'm doing to get started:
- create a vision board
- define your goals – make a 101 list
- start journaling
- wake up each morning and do a quick 7 minute workout!
- add more water to your day
- appreciate the here and now
