I had the privilege of attending a Jack Canfield live seminar today. It was Exceed Your Goals in 2012 based on The Success Principles(TM): How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be! I cannot put into words how inspiring it was. We literally covered everything from taking 100% responsibility of your life, setting a breakthrough goal, and taking action! There was so much in such a short time all I can say is I am feeling so inspired today, what a great way to start the week after my fantastic coaching call with Lora at Rock Your Yoga Biz! The best part for me about the seminar was I felt in the right space and prepared for it because I have been doing so much work along the way with Lora.

A few thoughts I wanted to share with you from the seminar:
“If it is meant to be, it is up to me!”
This bring forth so many thoughts and feelings, where have you had the ability to change your response to an outcome but have never done it? What are you willing to do different over the next 30 days to make positive changes in your life and take responsibility for your actions? I know I am going to give up complaining, because after all it only means there is something better out there. I am going to go out and get the something better rather than complain about my present circumstance.
“Everything you want lies outside your comfort zone”
TODAY is the day! Make your list of 101 Things because it is never too late to start dreaming. And set your one major goal that will make you HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, and WEALTHIER by the end of the year! Did you know that writing down your goals increases your chances of achieving them by 1100% that's right not a typo 1100%! So write them down, review them, and focus on them and make your goals as real and vivid as you can. What are you going to do to push the limits over the next 30 days? I know I am going to share my goals with others, not be afraid of rejection because if I am I've already rejected myself.
“You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with”
In all honesty sometimes the 5 people we spend the most time with are family so we can't really change that but what we can change our thoughts or how much time we spend with those limiting people. I encourage you to evaluate the 5 people you spend the most time with and add someone who is “1 level up” towards your goal and make a connection with someone who can help you get to the next level you want to achieve – it can be through reading books, attending seminars, joining a group, the sky is the limit. I know I am going to start surrounding myself with positive people who support me and lift me up. I am challenging myself to find that person who is “1 level up” and make a real connection with them!
The last thought I am going to leave you with is awareness without action is delusion. Making one change is better than living with old habits, you deserve more because you have the ability to do whatever you want to do. Believe in you and anything is possible.
