Bye, bye wisdom teeth!! Yep! I did it my top wisdom teeth are gone. I regret it for the pain I'm in today but I didn't realize that the recovery meant laying in bed and lounging all day. Seriously they should market this to all busy Mom's out there because if I would of know that part I would of done it years ago :). That is as long as you have someone who will watch the kids, with the combination of feeling like crap and T3's becoming my best friend today it isn't ideal to be watching the kidlets today.
When I told my ball team that I wouldn't be making it to the games for the rest of the week I started hearing horror stories with pry bars, hearing teeth pop out, and dry sockets. To say the least when I was driving myself to the dentist yesterday I was getting a little scared but figured hey I've had two kids and no pain can be worse than that. The procedure went alright but I got a little scared when the dentist was surprised with a double root on one of the teeth and couldn't get the tooth out. Seriously he was pulling on my lip so hard he almost sliced it and had to get special pry bar tools and when you're in the chair and all these people are running for him getting new tools you get a bit concerned. Maybe that's why most people get put under instead of just freezing at the dentist office. Who knows but hey I lived and didn't feel a thing…until the freezing started wearing off and now that I'm awake.
The moral of this story? Well I get to be LAZY and lay in bed while everyone takes care of me! I might even milk it for a day or two. I have my shakes, pain killers, Netflix, and computer so really this day can't get much better! No pain, no gain right?!
I'm looking for movie suggestions so hop onto Facebook and leave me your to watch list!!
