You've probably read my latest post just keep moving and now you know that I'm in the midst of training for a tough mudder competition!!  I am more excited than I can explain, the only downfall is sore achy muscles getting used to exercising.  That's why Deep Relief is my new best friend.  You know those moments when you're cramping and your muscles are screaming at you for some relief, yeah those moments have become pretty familiar to me as of lately.  The trouble I always have is I can't find a way to reach just the right spot or I end up rubbing on heat cream with my hands and then touch my eyes, ouch.

I have to say this is the easiest way for muscle relief I've found in a long time. Â I can reach the middle of my back, my shoulders, and even my lower back with even application. Â The only recommendation I have is to use it in a well ventilated area, I first used it in my tiny bathroom without the window open and the fumes got to me quickly!
The Deep Relief products have helped me out a time or two that's for sure. Whether I've been doing hard cardio, lifting weights, or even yoga my body seems to be adjusting a little slower than I'd like. Â Waking up in the morning with cramps and being achy is not my idea of a good time. Â Thankfully Deep Relief is instant relief!

I’ve never tried Deep Relief products before but I’m most interested in trying the Deep Relief Heat Spray.
