I can't believe it is Wednesday already, which means time for Task Thursday's check in on procrastination! I hope that even though summer is flying by and we're all busy with vacations, chasing after kids, or just relaxing in the sun we can still take a moment to check in with ourselves and make sure that we are taking care of us! When we get so busy being a Mom we forget to take care of ourselves first and end up getting run down and sick, so by giving yourself permission to take a time out and spoil yourself is really taking care of your family!
What have you done to KICK procrastination in the butt?!
I hope that you have had the opportunity to sit down and really think of what needs to change for you to tackle the goals head on! Did you make a vision board or just write down some ideas? It would be nice if you could share some ideas with everyone. I find the hardest part is tackling what I am actually going to do because once I have that plan it is easy from there.
For me this week I stopped procrastinating about cleaning, and not just bathrooms and floors but the garage! I managed to get our garage semi-organized and cleaned up now it is just a matter of labelling and moving a few things around so it makes more sense of where to find things.
