This Sparkling Cranberry Orange Ginger Punch is full of flavor and a great addition to any brunch menu! You can serve it for adults-only or keep it non-alcoholic to keep it family-friendly.

Sparkling Cranberry Orange Ginger Punch Recipe

Sparkling Cranberry Orange Ginger Punch Ingredients

  • ¼ c. fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped or minced
  • 1 c. unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 c. fresh orange juice (approximately 3 large oranges)
  • 1 large lime, sliced
  • 1 large orange, sliced
  • ½ c. fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 c. club soda, chilled, add an additional cup for a non-alcoholic version
  • ½ c. vodka
  • ½ c. ginger beer
  • orange slices and/or fresh cranberries, for garnish

  • Potato Masher – muddling the veggies is a lot easier if you use a potato masher.
  • Glass Beverage Dispenser – because having a serving vessel is always a must! This one is great for making infused waters too.

Sparkling Cranberry Orange Ginger Punch Directions

  1. Add the ginger, unsweetened cranberry juice, orange juice, lime slices, orange slices, and cranberries to a large non-reactive bowl and gently press with a potato masher or wooden spoon to release the juices. Stir to combine and place in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours.
  2. Remove from refrigerator and strain to remove solids, squeezing out excess liquid from the sliced fruit in the process. Discard solids and transfer remaining liquid to a large pitcher.
  3. Add chilled club soda (and vodka, if using) and stir to combine.
  4. Serve immediately over ice and garnish with extra cranberries and/or orange slices. Cheers!

If you prefer your punch a little sweeter stir in a little honey with the club soda. However you decide to make this sparkling cranberry orange ginger punch we hope you enjoy it.
