1. What is the name of your blog and how did you come up with it??
Real Momma – and it took me forever to come up with I knew I wanted something that would attract people and relate to who I am. The kids call me Momma, as my husband reminded me so he suggested I use that and the Real well that's what I'm all about being real, truthful, honest, and full of life and passion. So Real Momma not only describes me but the people I want to attract in my life!
2. What do you love the most about blogging??
Sharing, connecting, meeting new people, having a whole other life outside of the “normal”! I actually share more of my life on my blog and with you all then I do with some of the people I talk to regularly.
3. What are your 2 favorite posts you've written?
Wow, that's a toughy, I would have to say Routines Are A Lot of Work and Let's Get The Fire Back! Both because that is the real me and what I'm all about and what I work on every day to improve my life and become the person I want to be while helping others at the same time!
4. What is something you'd want to tell someone just starting out in blog world?
Connect, educate, trial and error! Basically find a blogger you like and connect with them on social media and ask them questions, educate yourself on how to blog – ins, outs, social media, seo, etc – and just give it a go! I learned by trial and error and have learned more along the way then just hiring someone right off the bat to design my blog and get me up and running.
5. Biggest blogging learning experience you've had?
The hardest thing I learned is not all bloggers are trustworthy, you think they care but they really don't. I tried to connect with a few of the bloggers I LOVED and they replied to tweets but VERY vague and not willing to go further so I moved on to bigger and better things and am now ranking HIGHER than them, haha! To me that is a huge success! And I am here to help so ask away please I'd love to give you a hand or point you towards someone who can!
