FIZZ Champagne Lounge and Bar Las Vegas – Girlfriends Travel

Time to put away the sneakers and yoga pants and pull out your dress!  One of my favorite parts of Las Vegas is you can dress up or dress down to fit any occasion.  I love taking my family out and exploring the strip but sometimes girls gotta have fun too!  FIZZ is located in Caesar's Palace and just opened in the Fall of 2013!  Now the location of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.  The atmosphere, food, and drinks were amazing and truly made it a one-of-a-kind experience.

FIZZ Las Vegas celebrates the crossroads between champagne and couture cocktail offerings with art, fashion, and design. David Furnish (Elton John’s partner) is one of the creators behind FIZZ and Sir. Elton John’s personal chef created the menu.  The walls of FIZZ are lined with amazing artwork from the couple's collection.  There are no pictures allowed inside but trust me you'll love the experience!

The menu consists of one-of-a-kind items that are small bite dishes like Madras Curry Chicken and Plantain Sandwiches, Wagyu & Horseradish Panini Bites, and Dark Chocolate Mousse and Meringue Crunch.  All of these items would pair perfectly with any drink on the menu whether it be a Champagne Cocktail, Wine, or Champagne straight up!  FIZZ is the perfect place to start the night with friends before attending a show, there is nothing I like more than dressing up and enjoying a night on the town!  If you go make sure to order my favorite Champagne Cocktail, the Fizz Noir:

Be sure to make a reservation online or by phone so you don't have to wait in line because I have a feeling this is going to be a hot spot!

I recommend dressing up a bit as we were surrounded by men in suit jackets and women in black.  I didn't see a dress code anywhere but I think that's a good indication that this is an upscale establishment so leave the yoga pants and sneakers at home ;).  Sigh, if only upscale accepted my comfy clothes but you can wear them to the Titanic and Bodies Exhibits!
