I woke up early this morning as the boys were headed out to go hunting and decided to watch a movie ALONE in BED because as a Mom this hardly ever happens and I knew that the kids wouldn't be up for at least a few hours. I also grabbed my computer and checked my email…I know can you say addicted? Anyways, I realized it is the end of September already and time is flying by. This brought me to the realization that I need to get my butt in gear and actually stick to being and staying organized while being productive, as soon as Thanksgiving hits it seems like it is a never ending stream of holidays and visiting. Not that it is a bad thing but I tend to get a little distracted when it comes to work.
So that brings me back to the whole setting goals thing. Do you remember back when I first started this blog and was setting weekly goals? If not you can take a look at this old post 90 Day Challenge. For me this worked extremely well because I could easily hold myself accountable by knowing there was someone out there reading this that I didn't want to disappoint. I'm going to start a new 90 day challenge at the beginning of October and would love for you to join me! I'll be posting more details soon but for now here are my goals as I prepare for this new challenge:
- What do I want to get out of this 90 days?
- Where do I see myself December 31?
- What habits can I change?
- How will I stay motivated?
- Who do I need to ask for help or additional input?
Do you think 90 days is too much? I was a little intimidated at first so I started with a 7 day challenge to get me going and built momentum from there! I can't wait to start this new challenge I really need it right now I seem to be stuck in this unproductive pattern and need to break it.
