So here is what you are going to do, find 10 minutes today and do a couple things:
- Take a quick stock of what you have in the fridge/pantry/freezer
- Using What's Cookin' plan out your meals for the week, make your grocery list and any special notes
That's it, it is seriously that easy! I like to use what I have on hand first before going grocery shopping. Why not use those dried beans, can of tomatoes, a chicken breast, onion, and taco seasoning to make Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup – ingredients I always keep on hand! Or the left over chicken to make Chicken Noodle Soup! The possibilities are endless and finding a way to use leftovers to create something fun and new is an exciting challenge in itself. Have fun with it and do what you can, don't make it a chore.
