One of my favorite things about Las Vegas is the food! Finding a restaurant that can take you away from the craziness of the casino isn't always as easy as it may seem. La Cave at the Wynn has managed to make their dining experience intimate and personal! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking to get comfortable and enjoy the company of those you went to Las Vegas with!
La Cave an Intimate Dining Experience
As soon as you step into the restaurant you can feel the atmosphere slow down and relax. With their mood lighting and friendly staff you will enjoy sharing a few items off the menu and ordering a delicious signature cocktail or a glass of wine. With a Sommelier on staff you are guaranteed to get the perfect wine pairing for your meal.
We had the opportunity to do a tasting of several dishes, their “small serving” dished have 3-5 servings and are perfect for sharing at the table so everyone is able to give something a try! The menu is full of some delicious choices and we were able to sample a lot of them including:
- Ahi tuna served with avocado sweet chili on a crispy cracker
- Bacon-wrapped dates with bleu cheese fondue
- Mushroom Grits
- Salmon Sashimi Tostadas
- Jumbo lump crab lettuce cups
- Shrimp dish with fingerling potatoes
- Signature Flatbread
