Las Vegas is one of my favorite places to visit because you can go around the world in a day! Whether you're a fan of the Pyramids at Luxor, visiting the Statue of Liberty at New York, New York or enjoying the views from the Eiffel Tower at Paris there is something for everyone. If sightseeing isn't your thing than the legendary performances, live entertainment and limber acrobats might peek your interest.
If sightseeing isn't your thing than the legendary performances, live entertainment and limber acrobats might peek your interest. Whether you're traveling with the kids, on a girlfriend getaway or romantic night out I'm sharing my top 5 shows to see in Las Vegas.
1 – Tournament of Kings
This is a great interactive show for the whole family or a fun start to the night with your friends. You get to eat food with your hands, drink beer from steins and cheer on your favorite knight. Who doesn't love live entertainment?
2 – Olivia Newton-John
The perfect girls night out! She takes you back through time with her life story and movies, you'll leave feeling like one of the family. You'll be singing along by the end of the show especially when she plays some of the Grease hits!
3 – Cirque du Soleil
You'll be amazed at how talented the performers are in the Cirque du Soleil shows, every time I see a show I'm amazed. They have something for everyone with multiple shows on the strip with underwater feasts at “O”, The Beatles LOVE performance, the sensual side with Zumanity, unforgettable acrobatic performance at KA, Michael Jackson ONE and Mystere that will leave you in awe of the raw power of the human body.
4 – Comedy
For a first-class experience, we love Brad Garrett's Comedy Club, they have two comedians perform every show and the seating is intimate and comfortable. For a more local underground feel, we enjoy the Laugh Factory at the Tropicana. If you go to the early Brad Garrett seating you can make the late seating at the Laugh Factory for a night filled with laughter!
For the best girls night comedy, you have to see 50 Shades! The Parody, I have never laughed so hard in one night they really know how to turn the best-selling book into the ultimate comedy performance.
5 – Matt Goss
For a romantic evening out you can't find a better show that is inspired by the legendary Frank Sinatra, the Rat Pack and other Vegas crooners. The jazz, the wine and the atmosphere in the Gossy room are hard to beat. He blends a mix of classics renditions from “Hotel California” and “Superstition” to his own impressive hits including “I Owe You Nothing,” “When Will I Be Famous” and swinging sounds from his newest album “Life You Imagine.”
