I’m in love with Iced Tea especially as the temperatures rise and I can enjoy a little sunshine in the backyard. Nothing beats a cold glass of iced tea with fresh lemons and ice cubes in a chilled glass until I made these Iced Tea Frozen Yogurt Popsicles!
This recipe was created because I love the combo of mint and lime so I thought I would take that into a simple popsicle full of flavor for BBQ season.
Iced Tea Frozen Yogurt Popsicle Ingredients
- Strawberries and mini limes
- Double-strength Nestea Iced Tea with mint leaves and sliced lemon
- Greek Yogurt
- Nestea Iced Tea Mix
For the frozen yogurt, I combined:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of iced tea mix
- Juice of one mini lime
Combine ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Iced Tea Frozen Yogurt Popsicle Directions
Fill popsicle molds half full of yogurt mixture and top with prepared Iced Tea and sliced fruit. You can adjust the ratio of yogurt mix to Iced Tea to suit your taste preference but I found half and half was perfect for us. Freeze until solid and serve.
These popsicles are delicious and creamy with the combination of fruit and Greek yogurt, plus an easy way to sneak fruit into the kid's treats! Something to be aware of is Nestea has reduced the sugar by 25% and it has no artificial sweeteners it is made with real tea leaves.
You can easily make your variation of these popsicles by using your favorite fruit and changing the yogurt flavor. I’m thinking a mango and mint combo with vanilla yogurt would be refreshing. Or if you’re in a rush you can skip the yogurt and go with fruit and iced tea.
Let’s stir things up this summer!
What’s your favorite fruit?

This is definitely healthier than our regular ice cream and a better option to beat the heat.
I am very excited to try this. Time to bring out the popsicle molds. Thank you for this brilliant idea.
