A fun project to do with the kids, especially for a party or backyard bbq with friends. The kids can even do most of the Minion Dessert cups on their own if you purpose plastic cups. What's more fun than making your own dessert and eating it too!
Minion Dessert Cup Recipe Ingredients
The best thing about the recipe is most of the supplies and ingredients can be found at your local dollar store! You will need:
- 3 Glasses or plastic cup
- Googly eyes
- Black craft tape ([easyazon_link keywords=”black washi tape” locale=”US” tag=”reamom0b-20″]washi tape[/easyazon_link] works great)
- 1 box of [easyazon_link keywords=”blueberry Jello” locale=”US” tag=”reamom0b-20″]blueberry Jello[/easyazon_link]
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 2 T of sugar
- 3 drops of [easyazon_link keywords=”yellow food coloring” locale=”US” tag=”reamom0b-20″]yellow food coloring[/easyazon_link]
Minion Dessert Cup Recipe Instructions
1. Place black tape around your glass.
2. Prepare the Jello according to the package. Pour a half glass just to the black line. Refrigerate the glass until Jello sets about 1-2 hours.
3. In a separate mixer pour heavy cream and sugar mix until just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Add in 2-3 drops of yellow food coloring mix until the whipped topping looks yellow.
4. Glue, or press on, googly eyes to tape using your creativity.
5. Once your Jello sets add the yellow topping to the glass. Enjoy!
