I'm embarrassed to admit it but I have bladder control issues after having Dustin. Its true I can't lie I pee my pants when I jump on the trampoline. No matter how many times I try to empty my bladder or “take it easy” while jumping I usually end up with wet pants. How embarrassing right, especially when you're trying to potty train a three year old or have friends over for a bbq. It has become a normal occurrence in our house for the kids to say “Don't worry Momma just peed her pants she'll be right back”. I'm left to wonder how I can get control over this embarrassing dilemma.
Getting my Jump Back with Depend Fit Flex
If you look around any room of 10 people, chances are at least one person is dealing with incontinence. Approximately 3.3 million Canadians are affected by bladder control issues, but the topic is not widely discussed until now. Or at least I hope this post gets all of you talking because it is nothing to be embarrassed about, embrace it and find a solution that works for you to get your freedom and independence back! There are many causes for urinary incontinence including:
- childbirth (hey that's my issue)
- surgery below the belt
- neurological disorders
- natural causes
The most important this to remember is you aren't alone and just like me you can find an easy solution! Depend Fit Flex have changed my life in a positive way, no more being embarrassed or peeing my pants!! I've worn them a couple times now to test them out because I don't believe in sharing a product with you I haven't tried myself. I have to say that you don't even notice they're on and nobody can tell you're wearing them either, I even wore mine with yoga pants and it doesn't look any different then wearing my granny panties 😉 . I can't tell you how excited the kids are that I can be out there and jump with them and not having to worry about peeing my pants. Check out other real people with real stories on the Depend website.
