Week 1

Well March is finally  here and you know what that means, dream bigger!  Starting today I will give up all the excuses I have to not be healthy, exercise, or go after my goals.

This week I am:

  • Doing my 7 minute workout each morning
  • Adding at least 3 x 20 min exercise routines
  • Giving up my food weaknesses: pop, juice, heavy carbs, ranch dip, and salt!
  • Giving up my bad habit: snacking while watching tv
  • I will drink more water at least an extra 24 oz a day
  • Journal daily
  • Post on my blog at least every other day
  • Complete my 101 List COMPLETE

What I hope to get out of the week is losing 3 lbs, creating my vision board, and feeling better about myself!
