Quick and Easy Boursin Cheese Spread Recipe

I don't know about you but one of my favorite things is cheese!  Everything truly is better with cheese.  Whenever we go out for a meal or attend a gathering the first thing I do is head for the cheese plate or order something smothered in cheese.  I really don't know why I like it so much but I just can't get enough.  So I thought the best thing to do would be to share a favorite cheese spread recipe of mine.  I'm not going to lie I usually purchase Boursin Cheese instead of make it but this recipe makes it so quick and easy I may just whip myself up a batch 🙂 .

  • My mother and I used to eat Boursin on celery every day after school while watching Oprah. I can't remember what I ate for lunch but I remember that. Great memories.

P.S. What time is the wine tasting event ;)

    • Isn't it funny the things we remember! The wine tasting is anytime, door is always open, it may be a little chilly for you right now though maybe I should come to you ;) .

  • This is looks so yummy! I had to give up cheese/dairy for a long time when my son was nursing due to allergies. Now I can have yummy goodness again!!

    • One of my all time favorites! I can't image giving up dairy, I would go through some serious withdrawals.
