Guacamole Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados, pitted
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 3 T. fresh lime juice
  • 2 T. fresh cilantro, minced
  • ½ medium jalapeño, finely diced
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

  1. In a medium bowl or mortar and pestle, mash the avocados to your desired consistency—chunky or smooth, it’s up to you!
  2. Add diced tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  3. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
