If you read my last post things have got a little crazy this week and so much for routine and a smooth easy life but hey I think it is always a nice reminder of why I made the changes I have lately. Today it feels like I'm treading water, which might just be me making excuses and not trying harder but I am EXHAUSTED mentally and physically. So for week 7, I think I am allowing myself to take it easy and use it as a catch-up week to get back on track to where I want to be.
Week 6 in review is pretty boring, to be honest, I didn't get a lot accomplished. Not that I didn't want to things just took a turn in the other direction. But I did have a lot of reminders this week and am grateful for so many things, not to mention I feel like I have turned a new page and started with a clean slate. I did get the employee incentive posted. So here is to week 7 and hoping it is the best week yet!
My goals for week #7:
- Keep my morning meditation, 7-minute workout, healthy eating and exercise
- Post my 1st giveaway!! Hint: it has something to do with meditation
- Catch up on sleep
- Outline and plan the summer student position to be posted soon
- Enjoy life and have fun doing it!
We all have to give ourselves grace sometimes because we have to expect the unexpected. Be your own best friend and allow yourself some space to figure it out. Sometimes that is all we need to change our perspective.
