Its throwback time for this Sunday Social! My round 3 and I hope you'll join me, it has definitely been a time of reflection this past week trying to think of what to say in this post but it has been a lot of fun thinking of the good old times!
1. What were you like in Middle School/HS? (pictures)
I never went to a middle school, I was actually in high school in the 7th grade, then I moved and had to start my first year of highschool all over again in the 8th grade, and then we moved again and I finished my 11th and 12th grades in a new highschool with hardly any friends were almost everyone hated me. Not that sad of a story I'm actually pretty grateful because I met my husband there and we've been together ever since! As for pictures well this part is a little embarrassing but I managed to find one in the archive from a halloween dance, apparently digital cameras weren't that popular back in the day…
2. What were your favorite past times?
My favorite past times I guess would be hanging out with my sister, leaving town, or working. For me high school was pretty boring…could be because I hated my 2 senior years in a new town and new school.
3. What songs were you obsessed with? (Backstreet Boys anyone?)
The hardest part of breaking up is getting back your stuff…I can't remember who sang it but I LOVED that and Ace of Base, oh and don't forget the oldies PARADISE CITY anyone?! Trust me I don't want to remember those days, haha.
4. What fashion statement do you look back on and cringe?
BANGS…and the higher the better, or is that not a fashion statement?! I would have to say tight belly shirts, luckily I could take care of myself and never got into any awkward situations but seriously girls should not flaunt themselves like that it is like a walking invitation…or maybe I'm just old now?!
5. Who was your celeb crush?
Celeb crush would have to be Ryan Phillipe in Cruel Intentions who doesn't love a bad boy?
6. What were your favorite tv shows/movies?
TV shows I would have to say Friends, 90210 (the original), and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. At least from what I can remember. As for movies I was into scary movies and still am or a good comedy. The two movies that come to mind are Good Burger (comedy) and Saw (scary). To this day I still have to watch scary movies by myself but hey I like it.
And that should take you back in time a little and hopefully you've learned a little more about me! I'd love to hear from you.
