This post is from the summer but I thought with the kids on the holiday break it is a perfect time to Practice Patience! Even though its a day late you'll still enjoy this Task Thursday post!
What I've learned in the past couple of day is I need to practice my patience. And what a better thing to share this week for Task Thursday! It is so easy to get caught in feeling sorry for yourself and yell at your kids, snap at your husband, and just be plain old rude sometimes. That is what happens to me when I don't get enough sleep, I need at LEAST 8 hours or I am not pleasant to be around, and trust me everyone who knows me will tell you that is no SECRET. What I realized is I really need to take a moment and be conscious of how I respond to anyone. Here's a quick video clip for you all to enjoy, don't mind me because I was winging it tonight.

It might be something as simple as getting up a few minutes early every morning, appreciating the moment, saying thank you to your kids when you love their behavior or maybe you're like me and need to work on a little patience. It is easy to get caught up in the summer and everything going on around us take a moment to reflect on 1 thing you can work on this week.
