Yesterday I had a fun chat with my girlfriend.  The think I like most about chatting with her is it is simple and that's what I am thankful for.  Her and I connect on so many levels it is crazy sometimes.  You probably all know that I am a huge believer in energy and the power of the universe and attracting what I put out there.  A fun thing to play with that's for sure!

For me it all started with my month of mediation which was two years ago now.  I can't believe how time is flying by.  Every now and then I like to reflect and remember just what I am thankful for because we so easily forget.  I remember last year at this time I was so wound up with managing my business I almost gave myself a heart attack.  The best change I have made is selling the business and being a stay at home Mom!
