There's nothing more treasured than the hand-drawn pictures our child gives to us in their younger years. The most common way to showcase their artistry is to hang them on the fridge in the kitchen using magnets. However, in this modern age of such advanced technology, parents have many more options when it comes to proudly displaying their children's artwork.
Hang Them in Photo Frames
Nothing will make your child happier than to run through the house and see their artwork displayed proudly on the wall in a stylish photo frame. If your child is very artistic and brings you several pieces of their artwork, consider using them to decorate your entire home. You'll be able to brag about owning one-of-a-kind original works of art and they will add a unique, personal touch to the overall decor of your home.
Create an Art Book
A brilliant idea is to showcase your child's art by incorporating them in a book. Whether you publish the book or cherish it as a keepsake, your child will be so happy to see that you've saved their artwork and immortalized it in a book.
This book could be a picture book filled with nothing but their artwork or it could be a storybook where you write a little story for each of their drawings. You can go the extra step and professionally bind the book to make it look more authentic.
Turn it into a Puzzle
This is a very creative idea that will not only showcase your child's artwork but will also provide hours of entertainment for your child as well. Some companies can turn your photos into jigsaw puzzles. The sizes of the jigsaw puzzles range from 54-piece puzzles to 1,000-piece puzzles.
Simply scan your child's drawing to your computer, save it as an image file, upload it to the website, fill out the proper information, and send in your order. Once you receive your personalized jigsaw puzzle in the mail, spend an afternoon with your child putting the puzzle together and watch their face light up as they recognize their artwork being brought to life before their eyes.
Print it onto Household Items
If you'd like to do more with your child's artwork, some companies will print your child's artwork onto t-shirts, coffee mugs, mousepads, keychains, blankets, magnets, and other household items. Simple drawings that your child made for you can be captured forever on a coffee mug that your child will grow up to drink from one day.
Children grow up so quickly and their wild imaginations are soon tamed by schoolwork and responsibilities. These clever ways of showcasing their drawings will show them how proud you are of their creativity. It will help nurture and grow their artistry well into adulthood.

I like the art book idea. It would be nice to chronicle your child’s artistic journey over a few years. Thanks for the suggestion!
We have a simple board with clothes pins which is great for temporary posting. Kids love seeing their art on display.
