Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe
Quick and Easy Ravioli Lasagna Ingredients
- 25oz bag of frozen ravioli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1lb ground meat (turkey, chicken, and beef all work great)
- 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- Crock Pot Casserole Slow Cooker, I LOVE this for doing casserole dishes or meatballs and marinara in the slow cooker because it heats evenly and makes dishing up easy with easily sizeable portions. I used my regular slow cooker in this recipe which works or the instant pot does as well just make deeper serving sizes.
Slow Cooker Directions
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and brown ground meat. If there is grease, drain it.
- Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili flake.
- Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a small layer of sauce to the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Add a layer of ravioli, topped with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat with sauce, ravioli, and cheese until you end with sauce on top.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Turn off the slow cooker and let sit for 20 mins before serving.
The best tip I can give for this recipe is to use what you have. You can easily switch up the seasonings to your family's favorites and do a combination of ricotta or cottage cheese and shredded cheese. No crushed tomatoes on hand? No problem, use a jar of marinara sauce. If you're short on time skip the ground meat and throw everything into the slow cooker.
