- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 tsp Lime Zest
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2/3 cup Lime Juice
Step 3 – Whip egg yolks and lime zest until fluffy, slowly add in condensed milk while continuing to beat until thoroughly combined. Add lime juice and beat on low speed until just combined.
Step 4 – Pour into crust and bake for 10 minutes or until filling sets. Remove and cool on a rack, then refrigerate for several hours.
