You’ll find these kitchen tools useful (I've included affiliate links to the products I use at home):
- Mason Jars – great for food prep and storage
- Large Measuring cup – great for mixing and dividing into containers
- Whisk – a kitchen essential, I prefer silicone so it can be used in pots but a metal whisk is great for this too
Chia Pudding Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, mix coconut milk, vanilla extract, and stevia until well combined. If using cocoa in your recipe now is the time to add it.
- Add chia seeds to a jar pour over coconut milk and whisk well.
- Put in the refrigerator to set (minimum 2 hours).
- Before serving add your toppings. Enjoy!
I hope that you enjoy this quick and easy chia pudding recipe as much as I do. It became a go-to breakfast recipe of mine and I will even grab a jar on my way out the door on busy days so I can have breakfast on the go.
