This week on my What I'm Reading Now list is a book that may sound deceiving from the title, How to Lose 20 Pounds, but is well worth the read. My favorite part of this book was that it isn't just a diet and exercise book it is actually about simple lifestyle changes! All the information is broken down into bite sized pieces so it isn't too much to handle all at once and you're given real life examples to help you implement the strategies in your life. I believe this book isn't something that is a fad or quick overnight fix, it is meant to help all of us live our lives in a healthier and happier way.
