Freddy Fudgesicle in Friends Forever – Fun Kids Book
Life can be lonely when you don't have a true friend—who can you trust? Who comforts you when you're sad? Timmy longed to make new friends, but he never knew how. Then one night while wishing upon a shooting star, the lonely boy got his wish granted in a way he never imagined.
But what was stopping Timmy from making friends? Freddy Fudgesicle discovered that Timmy did not like to share, which kept him cut off from the other kids. Freddy helped Timmy learn that sharing opens the door to making new friends and relationships that can last a lifetime.
This is the wondrous tale of a young boy and his magical Fudgesicle.
A little bit about the author:
D.H. Strickland has been an artist since he was knee-high to a grasshopper. Playing in the woods, drinking Slush Puppies, and enjoying Fudgesicles are a few of his fond memories from childhood. More importantly, he remembers all the wonderful storybooks his parents read him before he went to sleep. The Little Engine That Could, Curious George, and Clifford The Big Red Dog were some of his favorites.
Amazingly, seven years ago, his aunt advised him to start writing children's books. He wanted to be a novelist who wrote young adult dark fantasy instead, but he never forgot what she said. After much consideration, he decided to start writing children's books, and that's when Freddy Fudgesicle was born. The author lives in Western New York.
