Fitness and sports are two things that are changing all the time; people are coming up with new technologies and exciting things that can enhance results, and even make watching sports much more enjoyable!
Fitness Trackers
Fitness trackers are being used by all kinds of people, from people who exercise a few times a week to athletes who work out every single day. There are all kinds of fitness trackers available now, but there are set to me so many more available in the future with a better range of features.
The fitness trackers of today are usually wearable, and very fashionable to suit just about anybody’s style. They track things like calories burned, steps, hours exercised, heart rate, and even sleeping patterns. You don’t need to guess whether you’re working hard enough anymore, as your fitness tracker tells you everything you could possibly want to know.
Using Social Media
Social media is huge. People spend more time on social than they do enjoying real life – which is a shame really. However, it does have it’s benefits. Using social media is great for athletes and sportspeople. They can build up a following this way, and even use platforms like snapchat to share tips and clips of them training.
Even big sports teams have their own social media channels where people can watch exclusive footage. The NBA was the first professional league to get over 1 billion followers across their social platforms. If you want to know more, take a look at the infographic below!
