This might seem a little obvious but I like to keep a list of everyone I want to purchase a gift for. Throughout the year I'll write down ideas or items they've mentioned that they'd use on a regular basis. Here's what my list looks like:

- Husband – hiking stuff, beer making kit
- Mom – silicone cooking utensils, perfume
- Girlfriend – gift certificate for wine making, homemade lip balm
I keep my list in my journal so I can add to it whenever I have an idea pop up. Make sure to reference your list when you're ready to shop online!
Set a Budget
Sometimes the deals and ease of online shopping take over and we forget how quickly everything adds up. Set a budget for each person on your list so you know when to check them off the list.
Get Comfy
Change into your favorite pj's, pour your favorite beverage, grab your computer and get cozy in your chair. Celebrate in the fact that you aren't battling the crowds, trying to find a parking space or shopping at midnight to get the door crasher.
