It is that time of week again, Task Thursday! This week I thought I should continue with the whole September Restart task and help you take those 3 goals and make some action steps to move you that much closer to accomplishing them!!
I'm not going to lie I have been in kind of a funk since school started not really feeling the routines yet and just tired. Today was like a fresh start for me I have got so much done in the first 6 hours I was awake it is unbelievable. For me the turning point was realizing the goals I set out weren't being over exceeded like I usually do, I was barely meeting them. I made it an action item for myself last night to get my butt in gear and start doing something about it. So after some inspiration from today here is my video:
A quick recap:
1. Break down those 3 goals you set last week into small action steps
2. Take at least 3 action steps every day!
