It is that time again, Sunday Social! I'm on a roll and really enjoying answering these quick questions every Sunday. Please join me and link up!
1. 5 items you can't live without on a daily basis (water, food, shelter, and clothes dont count)
I'd have to say coffee and not just one good cup but usually a whole pot, my blackberry – without this I would forever lost, a large purse – it is good for so many things and can double as a kid entertainment centre, wi-fi that goes without saying NECESSITY, and my kids – but maybe they should be first on my list not my coffee. Either way the kids do drive me crazy at times but I don't know what I would do without them, it is weird to even think about it.
2. All time favorite book? Why?
7 Habits of Highly Effective Families by Stephen Covey! I can't live without this one because it is truly like a “manual” I refer back to it a lot when I'm feeling lost or out of place. To me it isn't a typical self-help book because it doesn't judge and he is understanding of trying to make a life balance and what goes in to balancing a family and you. Lots of great advice and tips to bring a family closer together.
3. Something you'd like to accomplish before the end of 2012
I am really into eating healthy and exercise lately, I would love to have my body fat cut down and be lean and toned by the end of 2012. With a lot of hard work and no excuses it is possible!
4. If you could go back and relive any year of your life which year would it be?
This is a hard one because if you've been following along I had a sister that passed away and truly I would do anything to have just another day with her. To relive any year I would have to say senior year of high school minus the drama! Mainly because it was so fun and carefree, it was the year I met my husband, and my sister and I had a great summer together.
5. What do you wish people knew about you without you having to tell them?
I always hate it when people ask if I actually work, like a stay at home Mom doesn't do enough but on top of that I'm self-employed and never have enough hours in the day for me let alone to get all my work done. So for a short and simple answer people should just know that I'm busy and I DO work even though I'm at home instead of the oh you're a stay-at-home Mom, with the little snarky attitude that I could just smack out of them…sorry that was a total vent!
And that should wrap it up! I hope you guys enjoyed another peak at me this week, feel free to ask any other questions I would be more than happy to answer them!
