Another fun Sunday Social sticking with the New Year them! I'm talking about changes in 2013 and what I plan on doing to make a better me by the end of the year! I'd love to know if you've linked up this week to so I can take a peak at your changes in 2013.
1. Do you plan to change any of your eating habits in the new year?
I plan on actually sticking to my usual healthy eating, but I do want to try new foods and add some Vegan dishes to my diet! If you saw my post on the Crazy Sexy Kitchen you'll know why. And maybe staying away from all these treats that seem to find their way on to my plate.
2. Any workout tips to get us back in shape after the Holidays?
I think starting with something you love and keeping it simple is the way to go. I love doing my 7 minute workout from Dr. Oz every morning it makes me feel great. I have also been addicted to the elliptical lately and watching netflix while I'm on it makes the time fly by. So basically find something you like to do that makes you feel good and challenge yourself because it will take at least 21 days to form a new habit.
3. Favorite thing you did over the Holidays?
Snowmobiling with the kids, they just LOVE it now! I am so happy for that because I like the motorized sports more than the more physical ones. We usually take a little pit with us and roast hot dogs and marshmallows over a fire or coals and nothing tastes better than a hot dog outside when standing around a fire.
4. What is something you hope that you accomplish in 2013 that you did not in 2012?
I really want to participate in a fitness competition, it is just hard to do it with my life because of the kids, work, and everything else but maybe that is just an excuse for me. I would have to say taking my health and fitness to the next level because it is all about giving your body the proper fuel right! And as always I have my 101 things list!
