I’m sharing a fun annual goal setting worksheet with you from back in December, with many of you setting New Years Resolutions I thought this would help you out!!
After my Task Thursaday post last week I thought this week I would give you all the sheet I use to decide what direction I want to go with my goals. I do this a couple times a year not just around the new year but I figure most people probably don’t so I called it my annual goal setting worksheet.
Annual Goal Setting Worksheet Breakdown
Basically the sheet walks you through what you WANT to happen over the next year and what you DON’T want to happen. I think it is important to clearly define both of these areas because if you know what you don’t want it makes what you do that much clearer. I’m not going to lie there is work involved and a LOT of thinking. I even made a cute cutout at the end that summarizes your whole process, fun hey!
So here’s what you going to have to do:
Download the worksheet (sorry it isn’t working at the moment, check back soon!) In a meantime make a list of all the THINGS you want to accomplish in your life that will make YOU happy!
2. Print it out
3. Find a quiet spot, get a pen/pencil, and a cup of coffee
4. Fill out the worksheet with anything that comes to mind, its yours so there is no wrong answer
5. Make sure to fill out the summary at the end and put it up in a place you see every day!
I KNOW you can do this, all you have to do is believe in YOU! If you get stuck along the way that’s ok just put it down and go back to it later. The most important thing to do is take a time out for yourself and think about you want and go for it!
